All balloon decor is property of Aaron’s Party Balloons. This includes but is not limited to latex balloons, mylar balloons, balloon equipment, stands, arches, sandbags. etc. We ask that you DO NOT disassemble any balloon decoration on your own. Our balloon artist will disassemble the decorations and reuse, recycle, or dispose of materials. Disassembling or attempting to disassemble decor will result in a $50 fee to cover possible damages and losses.
There will be no refunds or repairs made after the artist leaves. Provided you are on site, we will confirm that you are satisfied with the decor to make any changes or adjustments before leaving.
Outside Balloon displays can be visually striking and eye catching. However, there are certain factors to think about to increase the longevity and appearance of your outside balloon display.
Things to think about when considering Outside Balloon Displays
Direct Sunlight makes balloons extremely susceptible to popping. Dark color balloons are quick to heat up and pop. Lighter colors perform better in direct sunlight.
Direct Sunlight oxidizes balloons in as little as a few minutes of exposure. This makes balloons lose their luster or shine and leaves them looking matte.
Outside displays are susceptible to wind damage. Garlands, walls, and arches catch a lot of wind and may fall over or blow away. To minimize the risk, we use sandbags around the bases, but this does not guarantee the display will not blow over.
It is our recommendation that outside balloon displays be strategically placed in shaded, low wind areas.
We make every effort to secure the balloon display but suggest you do not move or manipulate it on your own.
Outside displays are not guaranteed to look their best for any amount of time after the artist leaves the setup site.
